The calculation for orders tracked per month is: completed non-test orders per billing month. Annual charges are charged 10 times the monthly charge (ie 2 months free). auto-upgrade and overage alerts raised at 70%, 90%, 100% and 120% of plan.

Frequently asked questions
We count every completed order (not test orders) on your account each month. Each plan has a base amount of included orders. All orders above this amount are charged at your plan's overage rate. Test and cancelled orders do not count towards your included orders.
Every 70% : Send out a 2nd warning ! 90% : Send out a 3rd warning ! 100% : The overages are then billed with your card on file and charged out at the overage rate for your current plan. After 2 months of high usage, we suggest moving up a plan (7 days' notice for a down grade within that 2 months).
Yes. Nothing is gated. Server-side tracking, attribution and the privacy tools come with every plan, and you get unlimited integrations. The only difference between plans is the number of orders you can include, and the amount of support you get.
Yes. Pay annually and we'll throw in 2 months for free. Upgrades are effective immediately and are pro-rata. Downgrades occur at the next renewal.
All our paid plans come with a 30 day free trial. The Free plan is also free, forever, just up to 100 orders per month.
We use Paddle for our billing. Paddle supports all the common payment methods by card as well as local payment methods from all around the world. Paddle also automatically calculates the EU VAT/GST for you and issues an invoice for you.
