  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • Trackity reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Services Provided

  • Trackity offers real-time tracking, attribution modeling, analytics, and reporting for eCommerce businesses.
  • Features may include server-side tracking, multi-touch attribution, AI-driven analytics, multi-store management, and API integrations.
  • Trackity does not guarantee ad performance improvements but ensures accurate tracking of customer interactions.
  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or enhance any feature without prior notice.

4. Subscription & Payments

4.1. Plans & Pricing

  • Trackity offers monthly and annual subscription plans, billed according to the selected tier.
  • All pricing is listed on our website and may be updated at any time.
  • Enterprise clients may require custom agreements with tailored pricing.

4.2. Payment Processing

  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe, PayPal, and Paddle.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • If payment fails, access to Trackity may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

4.3. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.
  • Refunds are only considered in cases of billing errors or platform malfunction preventing proper usage.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

  • Trackity may suspend or terminate accounts that:
    • Violate these Terms & Conditions.
    • Engage in fraudulent activities, including false tracking manipulations.
    • Fail to make timely payments.
  • Upon termination, all user data will be deleted after a retention period, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  • Trackity processes customer interactions, conversion events, and eCommerce data to provide tracking and attribution insights.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties beyond necessary service providers (e.g., Paddle for payments).
  • Users retain ownership of first-party data collected via their stores.
  • Trackity complies with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection laws.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not:

  • Use Trackity for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass Trackity’s tracking system.

  • Use Trackity for unauthorized or malicious advertising practices.

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of service.

8. Limitations of Liability

  • Trackity provides services “as is”, without any warranties regarding uninterrupted performance, data accuracy, or financial benefits.

    • Downtime, outages, or platform maintenance.
    • Third-party service failures (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Ads).
    • Incorrect attribution data due to external system limitations.
  • Users are responsible for how they use Trackity’s insights and any business decisions based on our platform’s data.

9. Security & Compliance

  • Trackity enforces strict data encryption and access control policies to protect user data.
  • We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and PCI-DSS standards.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and access credentials.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
